Shipping policy

Shipping is usually free for orders over $120

However, this policy is subject to change and often free shipping will not be available during sales, flash sales, or holidays.
Typically shipping takes 3-5 business days to ship if within U.S. territories Please allow extra shipping time for holidays and sales.


PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.
The Cala Shop is not responsible for lost or any problems with the package once the tracking number has been issued for shipment.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
