DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

The Cala Shop is not responsible for lost or any problems with the package once the tracking number has been issued for shipment.
 

EXCHANGES

We have an exchange-only policy (no refunds, gift cards, or sales codes are provided) which means, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at thecalashop@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our facilities. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase (promotions, discounts, or coupons applied on the original order do not transfer over to the exchanged item). The cala shop will provide the exchange shipping label.
